I’m That Girl” Youth Mentoring Program

“I know who I am. I know where I’m going. And I’m not settling for less.”

“I’m That Girl” Youth Mentoring Program is a structured, empowerment-based initiative designed specifically for teenage girls who are struggling with identity, confidence, behavior, peer pressure, or direction in life.

It’s not just a mentoring program—it’s a transformation system that helps girls shift from survival mode into leadership, purpose, and self-worth.

Core Focus Areas

1. Identity & Confidence Building

  • Self-worth, self-image, and mindset reset

  • Overcoming insecurity, comparison, and social media pressure

  • Teaching girls how to carry themselves with confidence and respect

2. Emotional Intelligence & Healing

  • Career exposure (entrepreneurship, trades, healthcare, etc.)

  • Decision-making, accountability, and discipline

4. Leadership & Standards

  • Leadership training and peer influence

  • Teaching them to lead—not follow negative crowds

5. Mentorship & Sisterhood

  • Safe space to talk, grow, and be heard

Why Schools Would Want Troubled Girls in This Program

Schools are dealing with:

  • Rising behavior issues

  • Fights, bullying, and social drama

  • Low self-esteem and mental health struggles

  • Disengagement and poor academic performance

“I’m That Girl” helps schools by:

  • ✅ Reducing behavioral referrals and suspensions

  • ✅ Improving classroom attitude and participation

  • ✅ Giving girls a positive outlet instead of acting out

  • ✅ Supporting school counselors with structured intervention

  • ✅ Creating student leaders instead of repeat problems

Instead of just disciplining the problem, this program fixes the root.

Why Communities Would Support It

Communities see the long-term impact of troubled youth:

  • Teen pregnancy

  • Crime and violence

  • Dropouts and unemployment

  • Broken family cycles

This program directly addresses those issues by:

  • Rebuilding family relationships (aligns with your Family Reset model)

  • Interrupting negative paths early

  • Creating productive, confident young women

  • Developing future workers, leaders, and mentors

It’s not just helping one girl—it’s changing generations.

Why Troubled Girls NEED This Program

Most “troubled” girls aren’t bad—they’re:

  • Misunderstood

  • Hurt or unheard

  • Influenced by the wrong environment

  • Lacking guidance and structure

This program gives them:

  • A voice

  • A vision

  • A standard

  • A support system

The Transformation Outcome

A girl enters:

  • Angry

  • Distracted

  • Insecure

  • Defiant

She leaves:

  • Focused

  • Confident

  • Disciplined

  • Respectful

  • Goal-driven

I’m That Girl is a structured mentorship and life-skills program designed to help at-risk female students improve behavior, rebuild confidence, and develop leadership skills—while supporting academic success and family relationships.”
